My story:

My story starts with the question, “how good should you really feel”?
I graduated in London with a 1st class honours degree in marketing that led to a career in marketing and events. Fast-paced, long hours, stressful and highly demanding, I essentially was living for the weekends whereby I would reward myself with social drinking occasions with friends burning the candle at both ends. I was stressed, sleep-deprived, nutrient-deprived with erratic eating habits. Little did I know that my lifestyle and diet choice was driving poor digestion, poor sleep, fluctuations in weight and imbalanced hormones, as well as lower mental and physical performance.

During my career I stepped away from agency world to a corporate setting for a year. The job was a less stressful with less demands, I naturally shifted my eating behaviour with little effort, ate regular balanced meals, exercised and my overall health improved, I lost weight and felt great. The reduced stress and balanced eating spurred me on to consider health and wellbeing more seriously and understand more about my body.

In 2012 I fell pregnant with my daughter, we left London and moved to Bristol and this really was the beginning of my nutrition journey and shift in wellbeing. Carrying a child enabled me to reconsider my work and my health. My daughter was born in 2013, in 2016 I enrolled with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and studied Nutritional Therapy and have never looked back, I have over 200 hours of clinical experience and graduated with a distinction in Nutritional Therapy.

“I approached Sarah after getting to a point in life where I knew I needed to change my diet drastically to manage the pain and discomfort I suffer after eating, and after a thorough consultation she also explained she could help me reduce the anxiety I suffer through a diet change and taking relevant supplements as well. For the first time in my life I found that the changes were manageable and sustainable, and the change in how I feel now after eating spurs me on every day to stick to it – I have more energy, no pain and no discomfort! She has made a huge change to my life with her knowledge and expertise and I wouldn’t hesitate a second to recommend her to anyone needing nutritional advice and support.” Amy, Founder i.should.b

Sarah undertook a diet review for me and made quick and easy changes to my diet which have made a huge difference to the way that I now eat and shop for food.  I feel healthier and more energised and as a family we are now all eating better too!” Clare Bartlet
“Sarah was recommend to me and I can now fully undestand and appreciate way. I have suffered with chronic constipation from childhood. Through a series of steps, adding in different foods into my diet and the odd supplement I can honestly say that I have started to experience near to normal bowl movmements, something I can not remember ever having done before.
Sarah listens to everthing I say, takes into account personal likes and dislikes and has advised me on the best way to make changes whilst fitting in with my lifestyle. She goes above and beyond and contacts me frequently to just chat through progress and any concerns I may have. I cannot recommed Sarah more highly.S.H aged 54.
